I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed. I was impressed with the helpful and friendly staff, especially when Sylvia went above and beyond to assist me with my check-in and early check-out. The breakfast was also satisfactory and Miss from the cafeteria was very accommodating with my food preferences.
No negatives from this hotel. Everything was satisfactory.

The room size was good and clean, the counter staff were helpful, breakfast was okay, the bed was comfortable. The gym was small but functional, and the decor had a mix of western and Asian style. Some staff members were sweet and made efforts to communicate despite language barriers.
Cannot find any fault.

The hotel has modern and stylish decor with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Staff are friendly and helpful, providing early check-in and arranging taxis when necessary. the breakfast is tasty and the cappuccino is excellent. With a mix of Western and Asian decor, the hotel looks very chic.
The location is not very convenient, requiring a taxi to reach places of interest.

The room was very romantic and cozy, perfect for a romantic escape. The bed was comfortable and the room had a nice and clean decor. the breakfast, although limited, was tasty and enjoyable. The hotel was located within easy walking distance to a major attraction and had easy access to public transportation.
The staff did not handle an issue with the room's mini fridge, causing our food to spoil. There was also no refund or solution given.

I had a fantastic stay at this place. The location was perfect, making it convenient for me to explore the surroundings. The service provided by the staff was excellent; they were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The dining experience was delightful and the food was delicious. I was extremely satisfied with my stay here.
